Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. You can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To start a return, please contact us at support@allpet.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
