Your satisfaction means everything to us.
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. You may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Please ensure the item is:

• Unused
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition as when you received it

To begin a return, email us at support@allpet.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method.

Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
